We bought 2 of this ring to be our wedding rings. We love them - as they age, the detail of the tree just gets that much clearer. When we got them, though, one arrived with a blurry inscription. It was replaced promptly - it's been 2 years now, but I believe they sent a replacement out first, rather than requiring us to send the original one back first. Just wonderful service and energy (not to mention beautiful products)!! Very happy to do business with people like this.
