Return Policy | | We hope your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase (custom orders excepted).
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on most jewelry, except on items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Items must include the original receipt. Unless the item was defective, we do not credit shipping charges. Your total minus shipping is the amount we will refund. If the item was defective, naturally we will take care of all your expenses.
In case you miscalculate your ring size and need another ring, we will ship out the second ring (after receiving the first one back) for a reduced cost of $2.50 (First Class Mail Domestic only...) As long as we receive the item within 30 days from date of purchase, we will be able to charge the card you used for this additional expense. Otherwise, you can send a money order. Please take the time to figure out your proper ring size (see bottom of page)!
Custom Orders, Gold and Titanium Rings:
We cannot offer to take back jewelry that we have custom made for you, particularly gold or titanium. These pieces are made to your specifications and as such may be difficult to re-sell if returned. Please see "Titanium Rings" for more details.
Exchanges are simple. You can return your jewelry item within 30 days of purchase to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any shipping charges). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unless you're willing to risk loss, ship the item USPS First Class Insured. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification.
