Shipping Rates | | In the spirit of fairness, our goal is to break even on our shipping costs, not to profit in this area. You will find the cost to ship 2 or more pieces is only nominally higher than to ship 1 piece...a reflection of our actual costs.
Within the U.S. we offer you three shipping options:
First Class Mail: U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. This service usually takes 4-7 business days, but is not GUARANTEED to arrive in that time frame. Rates are based on purchase amount and calculated as follows:

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. This service usually takes 2-4 business days, but is not GUARANTEED to arrive in that time frame. Rates are based on purchase amount and calculated as follows:

2nd Day Air: We use a flat rate of $17.00. Does not include Saturday or Sunday. For example: Order on Thursday is delivered on Monday. Includes tracking and Insurance.
For international shipping we now use: U.S.P.S. First Class International/ Insured Mail. Shipping costs for one item is $5.00 & $1.50 is added for each additional item. This service take (on average) 10 days to Europe, a week to Canada & 10-14 days to Australasia. It isn't particularly quick, but it's inexpensive!
Returns:
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on most jewelry, except items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Items must include the original receipt. Unless the item was defective, we do not credit shipping charges. Your total minus shipping is the amount we will refund. If the item was defective, naturally we will take care of all your expenses. In case you miscalculate your ring size and need another ring, we will ship out the second ring (after receiving the first one back) for a reduced cost of $3.00 (First Class Mail Domestic only)... As long as we receive the item within 30 days from date of purchase, we will be able to charge the card you used for this additional expense. Otherwise, you can send a money order. Please take the time to figure out your proper ring size (see bottom of page)!
Payment:
Moonstone currently takes Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. If you would like, you can also send us a personal check or money order. We recommend emailing us first with desired style #, size and stone preference(s) to make sure the item(s) are in stock! We do hold merchandise until the check(s) clear.
